Below are two NASA Space Shuttle Crew Badges that I recreated using plexiglass.  
Both were A4 sized and double-sided (engraved on both sides)

"STS-135 One Last Time"

This engraving commemorates the final voyage of the Space Shuttle Atlantis.  I gave it the name of "STS-135 One Last Time, and it sold within five minutes of being posted on Ebay.

(It now resides in Hanover, Germany)
